F45 stands for Functional Training in 45 minutes. Functional Training is efficient, intense and result-oriented. This workout has been specially developed to ensure you build long, lean muscles and burn fat. During a workout, expect a mix between cardio training and strength training. Afterwards, you’ll feel fit, healthy and in great shape!
Most important measures are:
- If you feel sick, please stay home.
- Wash your hands before and after training
- Always bring a towel (like normal)
- Extra ventilation in the studio
- F45 designed special classes where limited shared equipment will be
- Disinfectant spray at every station
- In between classes equipment will be cleaned (like we always do)
-Please show up in workout clothes so there is not a lot of traffic in the back room.
On weekends, the reservation period is 3 hours before the start of the lesson.
