CrossFit done right. The trainers at Vastberaden coach you on a personal level and you get stronger with every workout. The WOD and Basics are intense but satisfying workouts because you’ll go home with more technique and a fitter version of yourself.
To ensure a fun and effective training for you and the other members it is required to follow our Basics class before you can join our regular classes. This single, 90 minutes class is every Sunday from 13:00 till 14:30. If you have 6 months of experience training at an official CrossFit gym the Basics class is not mandatory.
