Bikram Yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. You do not have to be an experienced yogi because it is not complicated! It is a unique series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, which leave you feeling relaxed, energetic and physically fit. All lessons are 90 minutes long and take place in a room heated to 40C. In a Bikram Yoga class you utilize your whole body. You develop strength, flexibility, balance and stamina all the while creating peace in your mind. The spacious building Bikram Yoga Den Haag on the Prins Hendrikplein is a favorite location of many OneFitters!
Arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of the lesson to allow for time to fill in their registration form and get a small explanation from the teachers. It is recommended to not eat anything at least 2 hours in advance. Drink enough water before and after class instead of during the class. Bring your own mat and large towel, if needed you can rent it for a small fee. €1 coin is needed for the locker.
