Multiple locations
Men and women are queuing for kickboxing classes worldwide, because this training is an efficient and practical way to get fit. Kickboxing is good for your fitness, responsiveness and your confidence. KICKTHIS is, therefore, your go-to gym if you want to go for an intense workout. The classes are fun and serious at the same time, while you work on your shape and strength. Next to the bag and technique workouts, you can also do an indoor bootcamp workout at KICKTHIS. General Corona adjustments and new temporary rules for the Adult and Fitness classes:
- In the regular lessons a maximum of 30 people and in the Entry training a maximum of 18 people
- Arrive just before the start of your lesson
- Wait outside in the car or on the street with a minimum distance of 1.5 meters
- No grouping at the door, please
- Come in your sports outfit and put on all your bandages (changing rooms not available)
- Fill your water bottle at home and go to the toilet at home
- You can only put on your boxing gloves and any shin guards on the mat
- During this period, you can take your bag with you to your punching bag and place it there
- Leave all unnecessary items in your car or at home
- For the purchase of materials, a separate appointment must be made via Martijn - this is no longer possible before or after a lesson!
- Clean every device you use with the spray and torch roll
- Use the disinfectant once more to clean your hands
- Keep 1.5 meters apart from each other and the trainer
- Train straight in front of the bag as much as possible and keep sideways movement to a minimum
- After class you must leave the building immediately (via the door of Area 2, building 35-K)
- With the slightest complaints / doubts: STAY AT HOME!
