Inner Embassy is a non-profit community-driven yoga school, built and supported by dedicated yoga teachers and students. We hold a safe space for everyone curious to explore their inner being through the window of yoga. We believe the greatest journey lies within, and we are committed to guiding and empowering you consciously and carefully on this path of self-discover. Everyone is welcome. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga!

Specifics

We provide mats. You may also bring your own and leave it at the studio. Be considerate of other participants by arriving at the studio 10 minutes before the class starts. Upon arrival, let the host or teacher at the desk know you have arrived, so we can check you in. You are welcome to stay for a cup of tea and connect with others. Be mindful and talk softly. Inner Embassy intends to create a safe and soothing space for everyone.
