bbb health boutique is a personal and holistic studio, only for women. In addition to their unique classes in the hot cabins, bbb health boutique facilitates classes in the open training space. At bbb there is plenty of room for personal guidance and a holistic approach is used. This creates a nice atmosphere, where you will feel right at home!
On motivational beats, the coaches will guide you to do intensive and muscle-strengthening exercises for legs, booty and core. In the open training space, during cardio box classes, they add the arms too. More in the mood for a zen workout? Check out their yoga and pilates classes!
