Yogaschool Amsterdam provides professional lessons in an welcoming environment for newcomers. Here, the yoga students and teachers are a community of yoga enthusiasts who inspire each other to get more out of their practice. The studio is spacious, and has a heated floor to keep you warm on those colder days. Iyengar yoga is traditionally physically orientated, although there is a strong focus on mindfulness so you feel grounded and at peace within yourself. Join caring instructors and surrender to lyengar Yoga.
PLEASE NOTE: Be on location at least 5 minutes before your class starts. Is it your first time at Yogaschool Amsterdam? Be present 15 minutes before the class starts.
New to Iygengar Yoga? Then the location advises you to first take a Level 1 class.
There are no lockers but during the class no one has access to your belogingins.
Mats and props are available at the location. Please wash your feet BEFORE the class.
During the class your arms and legs should be visible; so wear shorts or short leggings and a T-shirt.
For your and your fellow student’s health’s sake, please do not come to a class if you’re ill or if you have a fever. Pregnant women with a healthy pregnancy are welcome from the third month on, and only for Level 1 classes.
