OneFit Presents is a new concept with special workouts, given by the most popular OneFit teachers within our community. These classes take place at hotspots in our OneFit cities to create a new experience for you as a OneFitter.
If you want a total body workout more like a party than an army bootcamp, this is the perfect class for you! Taking inspiration from Jane Fonda’s classic workout videos, you’ll spend the class sweating and dancing it up, old-school aerobic style, to all the best 80s bangers. Besides dancing, you’ll do strengthening, toning, and sculpting work that you know from your barre workouts, all with a rad 80s twist. You’ll get 'footloose' and leave feeling like you’re 'walking on sunshine'!
For this class it is important to bring; gym shoes, a bottle of water, a towel, a yoga mat, and 2 light weights (cans of food/water work well). Leotards and leg warmers encouraged! This class will be taught in English.
