With the yoga classes at L!cht, Mirjam offers something more than exercise. In the cozy room at InnerWork, you follow Hatha and Sivananda yoga classes. In the classes, there is time and space to unwind. With the various techniques yoga has to offer (such as breathing exercises, meditation and asana's) you practice observing, accepting and moving what is present at that moment. The yoga classes not only offer relaxation at that moment but also give you insights and inspiration for daily life.
5 to 6 participants can go to the studio, taking into account the guidelines regarding the corona virus. The room can be well ventilated, the windows open nicely. Because we ventilate the room well, it is important that you dress warmly enough. If you like it, bring your own mat / props. There are also mats in the studio, which are cleaned after each lesson.
With good weather we may decide to go to the park. We always collect at the studio. When the weather is nice, make sure you have enough layers of clothing with you so that you can adapt to the outside temperature.

Silent Walk & Sit
For the silent walks you put on comfortable clothes and shoes that you can walk on (on paths and through sand). Dress for the weather. You can also bring a small blanket or mat to sit on after the walk for meditation.
