Strength training, fitness training, yoga, and attention, and breathing exercises, that’s Mindful Bootcamp! By working out outside, you’re also making sure that while doing an intense bootcamp session, you get a good dose of vitamin D as well. Moving mindful means that you learn how to feel better, explore your boundaries and safeguard them. You’re becoming conscious of your physical aspects and learn how to use them even better.


The workouts are outside. You can leave a jacket or bag in the car of the trainer. Valuable belongings can be kept in the bag of the trainer.
