With its team of qualified dance teachers, DANSLAB Noord provides various classes for different ages and levels. During the modern / improvisation lessons the emphasis is on self-expression. Through various assignments and exercises you will look for ways to expand and enrich your own movement vocabulary. This lesson always ends with a group improvisation in which your physical, mental and musical consciousness is trained.
During the Dance & Shape lessons the emphasis is more on endurance and strength. Through various elements from Zumba, Aerobics and Jazz Dance, among other things, you work on your fitness in an energetic, dance-like way. With its spacious studio on the short Papaverweg, DANSLAB Noord offers lessons for more than 300 members. Be welcome!
