Yogastudio BE is a modern, ambient space where Kundalini Yoga classes are taught three times per week. Kundalini Yoga has a rich history, and is often referred to as "the yoga of the consciousness". It's an old technique that was verbally passed down from the Sikh tradition, and it was brought to the West in 1960 by Yogi Bhajan. It combines dynamic physical exercise with breathing techniques and creative meditation. Kundalini Yoga will allow you to work on your flexibility, vitality and - of course - the mind-body balance!
Free parking (for max. 2 hours) is available on the Amsterdamsestraat.
Wear loose-fitting clothes, preferably cotton or another natural fabric, and make sure you hydrate well.
