A safe lesson for pregnant and new moms (after 6 weeks). The class offer different fun cardio- and strength- exercises in the park. An open and pleasant group where we share many experiences and tips with each other.
If your diastasis is already closed and you are allowed to do long straight ab-training, you can still participate in this lesson. Then the lesson is divided into two groups and you get other challenging exercises. Moreover, the trainer him/herself also has 3 children and a long athlete background, which gives him/her a lot of experience about motherhood and training.
