House of Barre's unique and challenging workout-formula is an energetic mix of pilates and ballet, cardio and strength training. This full body workout has many benefits: by using focused, isometric muscle movements in combination with added resistance and cardio you'll feel the results quickly. No ballet experience, not flexible? No worries! Everyone can work out here. If you're looking for a low-impact but challenging workout, House of Barre is the place to be!
There are mats available so there's no need to bring your own. Please do bring a large towel to cover the mat, a water bottle and a small towel to catch your sweat.
At House of Barre all exercises are done barefoot so no need to bring sportsshoes or socks.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class at Kleine Houtstraat 21.
