Via their outdoor workouts that have been specifically designed in collaboration with medical experts, you’ll be training in a safe and positive environment during and after your pregnancy. Wear comfortable active wear and training shoes, and bring a bottle of water. The “Zwanger/Pregnant Workouts” are suitable throughout the entire pregnancy. You can start with the “Back In Shape” workouts from 6 weeks after childbirth, after approval by your midwife or gynecologist during the 6 week check-up. Our advice would be to start with the "Mpower Workouts'' at least 5 months after childbirth.

Morning training: (Boerenweteringpad) At the Bicycle racks in front of the children's pool.
Evening training: (Europaplein 22) At the RAI, in front of the entrance of Strand Zuid/ Zuidpool.
Erasmuspark - Erasmuspark 1: At the entrance of the Erasmuspark at the bridge on the Jan van Galenstraat.
Flevopark - Insulindeweg 1002: At the entrance of the Flevobad.
IJburg - Diemerparklaan 11: Willibrord school, Diemerparklaan 11.
Oosterpark: At the entrance of the Oosterpark. At the 's-Gravesandeplein right across the big open field.
Ochtend training: (Kattenlaan 11) At the square in the Kattenlaan across the tennis courts. You can use the toilet, dressing rooms and showers of tennisclub Kattenlaan.
Avond trainingen: (Vondelpark 7) At the Vondel garden (Vondeltuin) The Vondel garden is on the south side of the Vondelpark where it crosses the Amstelveenseweg.
Westerpark - Polonceaukade 1&2: In front of the Bakkerswinkel, Polonceaukade 1.
