Rugschool is a modern physiotherapy practice where you can participate in back-focused classes. You'll be training your back muscles, so that any back issues will diminish or even disappear. Of course there will also be extra attention for the abdominal muscles to strengthen your core stability. Every class is different, but will always be given by a trained physiotherapist. They've got your back!
