This “School for Yogasana's” is a small-scale yoga studio where quality matters. Via their clear teaching methods you'll become aware of conditioned mental and physical tension and learn to break through them. Their approach to yoga is to use physical exercises and focused breath to become more conscious of your body. This way you'll learn to move more powerfully, while also feeling more relaxed.
Please note: All classes at this location are taught in Dutch only. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. There are also some mats at the location. The front door will be closed during classes, so make sure you get there on time. Don't leave any belongings in the hallway, bring them to the dressing room instead.
