OneFit Runners is a community for all run fanatics and everybody that just doesn’t like to work out on his own. Teacher Judy Laurence hosts a weekly run in Amsterdam. Judy has an athletic background and is a fanatic runner herself. During this running class, interval training is one of the components that form the basis of a Judy Jump running class workout. Expect a lot of variety in the class as well! And there is enough room for personal attention by Judy. Note: You can store your stuff in lockers at the beginning of the class.
Make sure you’re there at least 5 minutes in advance. Your first time with the OneFit Runners? Then you’ll get a OneFit Runners shirt from us. Don’t forget it when you’re coming on a regular basis. Note: it’s possible that a photographer will join the run, to make awesome snapshots for OneFit. Don’t want to be in the spotlights? Please let us know at the beginning of the class.
