OneFit Runners is a community for all run fanatics and everybody that just doesn’t like to work out on his own. Teacher Mathilde hosts a weekly run in Den Haag. Mathilde grew up in a running family and started running when she was only 6. Do you want to relax more during running and want to be more efficient and quicker? Then this is the class for you! During this run, Mathilde puts focus on technique, breathing and condition. She also gives you tips on how to minimize injuries during running.
You can store your stuff in lockers at the beginning of the class at Yoga4Running. Make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes in advance.
