OneFit Runners is a community for all run fanatics and everybody that just doesn’t like to work out on his own. Teacher Joyce Winter hosts a weekly run in Rotterdam. Running has given Joyce a sense of freedom for over 10 years already. Her trainings are accessible for all and have a personal touch. During this class you’ll get a dynamic warming-up, a program based on the level of expertise in the group (but it will consist of a max. 45 min. run and sprint, tempo and muscles improving exercises), a cooling down and stretching.
NOTE: There's no locker to leave your stuff in, so take as little as possible. Make sure you’re arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. Your first time with the OneFit Runners? Then you’ll get a OneFit Runners shirt from us. Don’t forget it when you’re coming on a regular basis. Note: it’s possible that a photographer will join the run, to make awesome snapshots for OneFit.
