The Trainers will help you to go all the way. Positive and with a smile, but it’s dead heavy. If you don’t think you can do it anymore, The Trainers will show you that you still have it in you. Bring a towel, bottle of water and if possible a mat. Also bring a handgel for after the class if you have one.
For the (kick) boxing classes: bring your own gloves and bandages for a bag training. Due to the recent developments regarding the Corona virus we temporarily don't lend boxing equipment. Experience with strength and conditioning training is expected. Note: Boxing gloves can no longer be borrowed, therefore stricter hygiene protocol.
