Oki do yoga is a Japanese form of yoga with elements from martial arts. Instructor Mieke has over 30 years of experience with Oki do yoga. So you can learn from an actual professional, while you focus on strength, flexibility, resistance, balance, meditation, collaboration, movement, breathing and hara/core. And even tough the building dates from 1890 and is it located at one of the busiest intersections, thanks to the thick walls and double windows there is a great peace of mind once you are inside.
The floor of this beautiful space is fully covered with mats. There are no extra mats available.
