At The Crunch, you won’t only do crunches, but all kinds of (full body) workouts. You can go to this premium gym in Amsterdam north for their group classes, a workout with a personal trainer or to train on your own. Oh, and last but not least: there are wellness facilities. Sweat and have joy!
The gym is located around the corner of the Klaprozenweg, on the business park with diverse interior design shops. You can park your car for free around the corner of the entrance. Clean footwear and a towel are required. For the lockers you need a padlock. You can bring your own, but you can also rent one at the desk, you pay € 0.50 for this.
