Fresh Fitness is a cozy gym in the middle of the Pipe. In 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2018 they won the award for highest customer appreciation in Amsterdam and the jury award of the Dutch Fitness Awards, because they offer quality, are customer-friendly and innovative. So this gym is definitely worth a workout!
Fresh has many enthusiastic customers, young and old. Owner Markus Torenstra, together with a strong team of permanent employees, is working day in and day out to realize a high-quality service. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. There are about 80 classes a week on the schedule and it is spotless clean here. After working out, you can take a sauna (towel and slippers required) and a rain shower. Even in the summer, it's great to work out thanks to the brand new air conditioning!
PLEASE NOTE: There's no need to make a reservation for the fitness area as OneFit member. You can come to the venue within the opening hours and check in with the open training function on the app.
Wear sports clothes, indoor sneakers and bring a towel and a bottle of water if you wish. For the lessons you really need to be present 5 minutes in advance, otherwise your place can be handed over to another customer.
Running late? Unfortunately you can not join the class. You can come and train in the fitness room or make use of the sauna.
