A stronger and faster paced class designed to focus on the breath and its relationship to the pose. This class has its roots in Iyengar and Ashtanga so it not only focuses on your alignment, but also the fluidity from one pose to the next. Power Yoga was rated #1 for weight loss out of all other forms of yoga. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation. Mind your bike!
When visiting Hot Flow Prinsengracht, please be mindful of our neighbours and make sure you park your bike on the bridge and not in front of the building. We don't want our neighbours to experience any trouble entering their living space or being forced to remove your bike, which they will do if parked in front of the building.
NOTE: you must bring your own towel. Towels can be rented for €1. Check in which location you have booked. You are welcome 5 minutes before the start of the class. If you are late, you may not be able to participate in the lesson. The dressing room is for both men and women. For men it is mandatory to wear a shirt or tank top.
