How nice it is to do an intense workout before you go out for a beer in the garden or on your balcony. That’s right! This year some of our locations have prepared special Kingsday workouts for you so that you can break a sweat before you open a beer. Get your orange workout shirt out of the closet and get moving! Wednesday, April 28th

REST DAY! No matter how crazy your day went yesterday, everyone likes a rest day. That’s why we created Wednesday yoga day this week: wonderfully soothing and relaxing classes to relax your body and mind. Enjoy a Relax Massage at Relax Lounge Amsterdam or freeze at one of our Cryo locations if you’re hungover!

Thursday, April 29th

Time to work up a sweat again! All that partying (at home) leaves a trace, so it’s time for some Sweat and Joy. Intense workouts to get your muscles burning and to test your fitness!

And for those of you who haven’t shaken your booty enough on Tuesday: there are special Booty and BBB workouts for those extra curves! 🍑 Did someone say Sean Paul? Check out this playlist quickly, because with our BOOTY BURN beats nothing can go wrong.

Friday, April 30th

“It’s Friday then…Saturday, Sunday!” By now you probably see that happy video of a dancing man in your head, which immediately puts you in a good mood. GREAT! It’s almost weekend and that means Friday mood: drinks, dancing and especially a nice dance workout. OneFit Presents: Shady Lady has the playlist for this kind of mood: her famous Disco Aerobics Beats!
