How does it work?
Have you reached your max number of workouts per period (18 for Pro, 16 for Original and 4 for Lite) or did you check in six times (Pro), four times (Original) or two times (Lite) at the same location during your current period? Then you’ll have the option to book an Additional Workout. Follow the instructions in the app, and before you know it, you’ll be pouring sweat at your favorite studio again.
Please note: When booking an Additional Workout, we’ll show you a slider with which you need to confirm the booking and no-show rule. Doing this is important, otherwise, the workout can’t be booked.
Is there a limit when booking additional workouts?
No. No limits. Because the best workouts have no boundaries and we know that. You can book an Additional Workout as often as you like, there is no limit.
How much do they cost?
When you can’t attend the workout or cancel too late, the price of the Additional Workout will be deducted anyway and seen as a no-show fee.
What’s the catch?
There is no catch. When we say additional, we mean additional. Booking an additional workout overwrites all other rules when it comes to booking a class. For example: with Additional Workouts, you are no longer limited to the maximum of six reservations. If you’re really feeling it, you can even check in more than two times a day.
Please note: An Additional Workout is only possible at the locations that offer this feature.
Cancelling an Additional Workout
When you cancel an Additional Workout, or when you cancel an existing booking at one of the venues and your bookings are back within the six, four or two bookings at one location per period, the Additional Workout fee won’t be deducted.
