You can all take different outdoor classes – from yoga to HIIT and from boxing to CrossFit®. But what do you need all that for?

The yoga or sports mat

This is an item you can actually use for anything. Whether you’re doing a yoga class, a HIIT workout, or just stretching – the workout is much more enjoyable on a fitness mat than on the grass in the park. Free tip! Surf gear

With this, you can make meters! Do you live close to water or do you want to take a surfing class? Purchase your own surf gear here in no time. This allows you to practice and make a great performance during the outdoor classes. Your own equipment is also a bit more hygienic and safe, something that is important now more than ever. Resistance bands

Super convenient for burning muscles! You can use resistance bands for a lot of exercises, to add some more tension to your workout. Because of the extra resistance, your muscles work harder, so you train them better. You will have more muscle pain, but also a well-shaped booty! So, do you have them yet? Dumbbells

An item that, in our opinion, should really not be missing from your outdoor workout equipment. You can buy them in different sizes and weights, so you can make the workout as heavy as you want. If you’re just starting out, the physio says it’s good to start with light weights and build it up slowly. This way you avoid overstretching your muscles. The yoga block

A very nice sidekick. With this, you can make your practice a little easier for the beginning yogi or if you need a little more support. The yoga block offers a grip, but can also be used as a pillow or support in your back.
