Join the BEAT81 movement and enjoy our fun HIIT and Strength classes that never get boring! During our outdoor workouts you’ll use different equipment such as kettlebells, med balls and battle ropes and complete different bodyweight exercises that will ensure you exercise every muscle of your body. For each training you get a personal heart rate sensor that allows you to work out in your optimal training zone. After each workout you receive personalized training results to your inbox: heart rate, calories burned and the number of GritPoints earned for each minute that you have trained in your optimal heart rate.

Our Coaches will guide you through the workout and motivate you to push to your limits.

Since all exercises can be adapted, our workouts are open to every fitness level.
