Time for yourself is at the forefront at Yogakasha. Here, Tammy will infect you with her passion for yoga and will not only change your body and feel with hatha yoga classes, vinyasa flows, flying bodywork and elements of yin yoga, but your whole life. The classes are the right mixture of relaxation and effort and every class will make you gain more time and space for breathing – which makes you feel like you’ve just had some time off at a retreat!
Mats, pillows and blankets are at the studio, so you don’t have to bring them. Tammy suggests not to eat up to two hours before a class so that you will feel more comfortable during the workout. Changing rooms are at the location.
