Roots Movement offers you a very varied training with changing priorities. You improve your general movement potential and strive for freedom in your own body. You train skills such as strength, mobility, endurance, responsiveness, adaptability, problem solving, communication, rhythm, and coordination. You work with the environment and with different "tools" and train in nature, with partners and with the whole group. The training is characterized by influences from the martial arts, Parkour, gymnastics, dancing and contents of the teachings of Joseph Bartz.
The training is suitable for everyone, no matter what age or condition level, everything will be adjusted.
