Do something good for yourself and work hard on endurance, flexibility and power in the most important positions and movement patterns. You can do this together with fitness coach Michael Steininger and other great people! You will sweat, curse and get out of your comfort zone. The workout in the group helps you to go full throttle. You will work with your own body weight, alone and in partner exercises, with classic conditioning as well as with playful elements to improve movement and body feeling!
Please bring something to drink and sportswear. Changing facilities at the indoor training available!
