Paula is a yoga teacher and health practitioner based on the 5 element teachings of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). At Hansa Yoga Studio she offers you a colourful mixture of yoga classes: 1st Back Yoga, 2nd Fascia and Meridians (TCM) Yoga, 3rd Moon Flow Yoga and 4th Power and Peace Yoga. Paula offers in Hansa Yoga in addition to Yoga applications after TCM with hand and sound, i.e. massages and singing bowl massages, energy work with somatic exercises, moving meditation, energetic knocking of the meridians & acupressure points as well as health coaching.

For every yoga practice you will need a non-slip yoga mat, a large towel and still water. Wear a comfortable sports outfit in which you feel comfortable and can move freely. No own mat? No problem! A mat can be rented for 1€.
