Sweat, adrenalin and fun is the motto under which the strength and endurance training of the extra class stand. Different emphases have been developed for different target groups and fitness levels. A personal trainer runs the bootcamp with up to 10 participants, so personal support is guaranteed. Before each training, the trainer takes time for your individual goals and of course clears up health issues.
The starting point is easily reachable on foot from the Saarlandstraße, by bike or car. Please dress according to the weather and bring something to drink.
