Meditation has nothing to do with uncomfortable sitting positions, unpleasant silence, turning off all thoughts on command, gurus, or buddha. Meditation is basically a kind of mental training. Concentration exercises that help you calm down and consciously focus your attention on something specific. And even trying to focus has proven positive effects on body and mind.
Distractions, a thousand possibilities, total overstimulation - you all know this too well in everyday life and often no longer listen to yourself and your body. How am I really? What do I need right now?
Take your time! Through meditation, you restore the relationship to your body and understand better what is happening in you. Numerous scientific studies in recent years have shown that meditating has many positive effects: more energy, better sleep, less stress, strengthening the immune system, to name but a few.
KLARHEIT at FREIRAUM wants to make meditation accessible to all! It does not matter if it's spiritual or not; never meditated or already professional. Because anyone can meditate! And everyone in their own way. All you need is already inside of you.

KLARHEIT MEDITATION takes place in the beautiful FREIRAUM. The loft location in the middle of the Belgian Quarter lives up to its name: plenty of space, flooded with light, cozy.
To get to the FREIRAUM you have to go into the backyard, through the blue steel door (it's open) and up to the 3rd floor. Then ring right at the first door (KLARHEIT / FREIRAUM). Please be there 10 minutes before the beginning of the course.
There is a room where you can change clothes. Mats, meditation cushions and blankets are available on site. But you are also welcome to bring your own equipment.
By public transport to Hans-Böckler-Platz / Bhf West or to Friesenplatz and from there on foot. Or bike ;-)
