Fitness and mindfulness come together at Follow the Flow of Life. Sandra Katharina Trapmann offers courses in meditation and fascia training in the bright classroom with feel-good atmosphere. The groups are pleasantly small with a maximum of 8-10 participants and thus enable an individual focus. All you need is a loose clothing for the meditation lessons and sportswear for the fascia training.
The classes are open and suitable for both beginners and advanced. If the training topic is new territory for you, please come a few minutes earlier to discuss questions.
