Kleiner Kielort 8, 20144, Hamburg
In the attic of an old factory building Y8 offers an oasis in the middle of Hamburg, a space for your personal break. A bright, airy space with a clear design, and changing art exhibitions. There is a lot of attention to detail and all necessary equipment for inspiring holistic yoga. Y8 is alive with hospitality and attention: Not only will you be provided with tea and water, mats, blankets and yoga props, after the hour there will also be a fresh homemade soup, fruit and home-baked cookies: take a quick breath and recharge your batteries before it starts goes back to the streets and into everyday life. In the summer, the yoga classes often take place on the roof terrace with panoramic views over Hamburg, here you can simply stand above the things; maybe even in the headstand. Our yoga is a blend of Sivananda Yoga with its clear exercise sequence and mental relaxation and Iyengar Yoga, which teaches you precise alignment in the asanas. Our teachers give a lot of hands on, so you know what else is possible.
By the way: Current highlights are the Alsteryoga courses on the pier, Alte Rabenstraße, directly on the Alster!
Important for the first visit: be a yogi, be on time!
