Saarlandstraße 7, 22303, Hamburg
Close your eyes, open your ears, put your heart on reception: Hansa Yoga offers power for body and soul. A yoga lesson at Hansa Yoga is your appointment with yourself and the beginning of a wonderful journey deep within. Find your resting inner center in the dynamics of a powerful yoga practice and your strength in the silence of the longer held asanas. Ute combines the ancient techniques of Tantra with the powerful practice of Hatha Yoga and the dynamics and softness of Fascia Yoga to address and harmonize all the qualities within you. The teaching here is open to everyone, regardless of age and previous knowledge. The only prerequisite is the willingness to do something good for oneself and the need to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Each participant is individually supported and accompanied on his or her personal yoga path.
The fine yoga room is located directly on Saarlandstraße and can be accessed directly from the sidewalk. The door will be closed after the beginning of the course - so be there 10 minutes before the beginning of the course so that everyone can practice in a relaxed way. Blocks, belts, bolsters, and blankets can be borrowed free of charge. A rental mat is available for 1€. Ideally, you should practice in comfortable, stretchy clothing that is close to your body and does not slip. Sign up for a course online at www.hansa-yoga.de and check in at the beginning of the course using the easy app. The easiest way to get to Hansa Yoga is by public transport (bus and underground stop Saarlandstraße, bus lines 171,172,173,17, 261 and U 3) and on foot or by bike.
