Pilates is a full-body workout that deliberately strengthens the lower-lying muscles. It centers and stabilizes the body center. This gentle, yet very demanding method is performed in flowing movements with concentration and breathing. This promotes the balance between body and mind.
At Elbpilates, classic Pilates is taught as personal training and in groups on the mat. There is a nice, bright training room in the middle of Hamburg Ottensen where you can follow the flowing movements. In this training you can increase your fitness and make your fasciae supple in the long term. In short, Pilates increases your agility and performance by strengthening your muscles and mobilizing your joints.
