The training includes strength exercises, stretching and conscious breathing. In this full-body workout, you will learn the Pilates principles and learn to apply them. The deep muscles are strengthened and your physical condition and coordination of movement will be improved. This will make your posture more upright and your body awareness more aware. The exercises are performed standing, sitting, on all fours and lying down. You need comfortable clothes in which you can move well. In addition, please bring your own towel (about 65 x 185 cm) to the lesson. The level I-II is suitable for beginners and people with little previous knowledge.
