About the class

In diesem Kurs bereitest du dich auf die bevorstehenden HYROX Events vor. Hier steht CARDIO im Vordergrund. Die Workouts beinhalten Laufen, Rudern, Sled Push/Pull, Lunges, Burpees, Wallballs etc.
HYROX ist die Fitness Competition for every Body. Eine Kombination aus funktionellem Krafttraining, hochintensivem Intervalltraining und klassischem Ausdauersport.Nach einem kurzen allgemeinen Warmup & einem Technik-Teil legst du auch schon los. Die Intensität variiert getreu dem Motto "Constantly Varied, functional movements performed at high intensity" und bereitet dich optimal auf HYROX vor. Du wirst auf jeden Fall FITTER!!! :-)

Specifics

The best way to reach the box is with the U3 or S1 and S11. From the train station you can go for a maximum of 4-5 minutes (if you are slow). Sufficient parking spaces are also available! All you have to bring are sports gear and something to drink.

You'll be busy training, so just leave your phones in the locker room or in the car. There is always time for an after-workout selfie ;-)
